WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A CLEANING SERVICE?

OUR STANDARD CLEAN: Our standard clean includes dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, polishing mirrors and wiping appliance surfaces, and emptying the rubbish bins. We also vacuum and mop floors.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE

We charge separately for below additional services: Oven

WE DON’T DO
  • Building material/rubbish removal.
  • Lifting heavy items (such as furniture or white goods).
  • Moving furniture that has delicate valuables on it (like dining room/lounge display tables).
  • Make Bed
  • Wash the Dishes
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

We do not clean ceilings, exterior walls and windows, outside areas (such as patios and gardens), and surfaces beyond normal reach.

CLEANING TOOLS AND SUPPLIES: 

All of Zoe Clean cleaners bring their own, but you can opt to supply your own at checkout. (See what you need to prepare here)

We have a fixed rate that’s based on listed package.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
