OUR STANDARD CLEAN:
includes dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, oven, dishwasher, cupboards, shelves, drawers, polishing mirrors and wiping appliance surfaces, and also vacuum and mop floors.
Carpet steam clean is available at additional cost.
All of Zoe Clean cleaners bring their own, but you can opt to supply your own at checkout. (See what you need to prepare here)
We do not clean ceilings, exterior walls and windows, outside areas (such as patios and gardens), and surfaces beyond normal reach.
We do not steam or chemical-clean your carpets, unless customer request.
We have a fixed rate that’s based on listed package.
We can not refund the booking, instead we will provide you with reschedule option. Please call 1300 901 833 to rebook.
However any reschedule should be made less than 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled, other wise additional fee will be incur.
